Die Garantie ist auch ein Beispiel dafür. Das sind alles Maßnahmen zur Kundenbindung und Neukundenakquisition. Leider weiss ich kein entspechendes deutsches Wort. Vielleicht wird ja auch das englische direkt übernommen wie so oft im Marketing. |
