Thought leadership is similar, it is often not translated. If we go along with such tactics, we might be working our way out of a job. The problem is that our customers usually want to use these phrases to appear up-to-date and global and the customer is only ever wrong when he thinks he is wrong.

Thank you very much for your help. I am your opinion, it is so difficult to satisfy German companies with adequate translations, because although Germans tend to americanize their language, there are still some of them who want us to translate those things such as knowledge management or business processes which, in fact, would have no sense in German.
