English term or phrase: online exchange
This refers to a B2B company that offers an online exchange for medical products and services. The company has supplier members who supply the services, and hospital members, who purchase those services.
Any suggestions how to put this in German?

Explanation:
Assuming that your text addresses an audience that is at least reasonably conversant with Internet issues, "B2B" has become perfectly acceptable in German texts. To be on the safe side, you could talk about a "Business-to-Business-("B2B")Plattform".
Don't use the term "Online-Börse"; I don't know any B2B or other web-based platform that has managed (or bothered) to achieve "exchange" status in line with German exchange laws. (For some of them, this might in fact be the last thing on their minds...)
