Zumal sich auch alle Fragen um den „Moment of Truth“ drehen, also darum, wie sich der Kunde seinen Eindruck vom Produkt gebildet hat.

agree  Sabine Winter: Würde ich aus dem letzten Tipp "(By responded moments)" auch schließen. Könnte mir vorstellen, dass das als "MOT-Frage" bekannt und geläufig ist.
