English to German translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Materials (Plastics, Ceramics, etc.) / RoHS
English term or phrase: possible/impossible cold crushing
context:
PBBs and PBDEs occur in plastics (insoluble solvents like PP, soluble solvents like ABS), Rubber (possible cold crush), silicon rubber (impossible cold crush), ...
I have found "cold crushing" as "Druckfestigkeit bei Raumtemperatur", but can't really make sense of the "possible" or "impossible" respectively. Any suggestions? Thank you!

German translation:Kaltstauchung möglich/nicht möglich
Explanation:
you are right crushing means as well "Druckfestigkeit", but not in this context. The term "crushing" as "Stauchung" is frequently used in the rubber industry as in the paper industry and in some other fields.
