nicht mein spezialgebiet, aber es klingt danach als hätten beide faktoren letztlich keinen einfluss, so dass sie der einfachheit halber weggelassen wurden. den ersten teil würde ich dann mit "statistisch siginifikante vorhersagequalität" übersetzen, das ist glaube ich sogar der fachausdruck
