found in maintenance instructions with bolts/screws fixing the camshaft or cranskaft pulley/sprocket and slackened just a little, to finger-tight.
this is most often used in the reverse operation "tighten to finger-tight".
"the 3 bolts can be slackened to finger-tight, prior to the old belt being removed.
The meaning is obvious, but how to say it in German, with just a few words
