The closest I have been able to find is \"infizierten Bauernhof\" (http://www.spiegel.de/politik/ausland/0,1518,124508,00.html and http://www.pds-sachsen.de/ag/MF/r1310.htm)

neutral  Florian v. Savigny: Caution: In microbiological usage, only living organisms can be "infiziert" -- things like a table would be "kontaminiert".

Immunoprecipitation

Explanation:
Immunoprecipitation is a procedure by which peptides or proteins that react specifically with an antibody are removed from solution and examined for quantity or physical characteristics (molecular weight, isoelectric point, etc.).
Immunoprecipitation can be used for many purposes, e.g. Verification that an antigen of interest is synthesized by a specific tissue (i.e., that radiolabeled protein can be identified in tissues or cells cultured with radiolabeled precursors).

I guess this could fit into your context

disagree  Sven Petersson: That is not what is meant. Please see my references above. They may help you to come up with the right answer. No, I don't claim that my answer was brill, but the references are good.
