Explanation:
Das ist eigentlich der einzige Oberbegriff für die angeführten Berufsgruppen, denn selbst "medizinisches Personal" als Sammelbegriff wäre hier noch zu eng und beträfe nicht den einzelnen.
Im Englischen bin ich nicht so gut, dass mir der Begriff etwas sagen würde, aber im Deutschen hatte ich schon einiges mit Krankenhäusern und deren Personal zu tun.

having worked in a hospital, that's what comes to my mind on hearing the term 'reserve' in connection to all these various professionals. referring to doctors only, it is also called 'Hintergrunddienst'
