Kortikal-Steroiden Explanation: Might I suggest Kortikal-Steroiden in this context? And Wirbelsaeulenoperation as an alternative for discectomy. I think that Endplatte is right on the money; although I'm no doctor, the definition I found in the Roche Lexikon der Medizin seems to be in the ballpark. I've listed the URL below. Bandscheibenoperation, Corticosteroid Explanation: Disc ist in deutsch: Bandscheibe, also fuer discectomie kann man Bandscheibenoperation nehmen, oder einfach Diskektomie (Roche) Corticosteroid ist schon eher vogeschlagen worden. endplate: Endplatte Man kann gute Woerterbuecher unter Aquarius.net finden.
