Well, for the life of me, I can't find the word "staft" anywhere. Is it a contraction of the term "stent/graft" by any chance? If so, "stent" is the same in both languages, and "graft" is "Transplantat", which would result in "Stent-Transplantat". I may be dead wrong, but then again, if you look at the German-language article referenced below, according to the article, the only thing really used in a stenting procedure, aside from the stent itself, is a catheter. Hope this helps.
