English term or phrase: Morphgen-expressing tissue, blot analysis, probe, lucite cylinder
This is a patent description involving highly specialzed biochemical terminology.
It deals with immunology ;one of the examples for the use of the described procedure is the identification of morphogen-expressing tissues> how do I translate "expressing" in this context?? Then they talk about a "probe"sequences( "Sonde" seems strange), and of a "Standard Blot-analysis". And waht might a lucite cylinder be?
Any help with the above would be most appreciated!

Explanation:
morphogen-expressing tissues>
to express -> exprimieren, ausprägen
(Langenscheidt, Biotechnologie), so maybe:
Morphogen exprimierendes Gewebe

"absondernd" also came to mind, but I haven't found anything to support that. You should be able to see from your overall context if "absondern" would have any merit at all.
morphogen - Morphogen (Reuter, Med. Dict.)

"probe" sequences -
probe --> 1. Sonde, 2. Gensonde, 3. Untersuchung (Reuter)
You might be able to use a phrase like "Reihenfolge der Sondenuntersuchungen" or "Untersuchungsfolge mit einer/der Sonde" -- see if that would work for you.

"Standard Blot-analysis" -- Standard-Blotanalyse
blot -> Blot (der) = Autoradiogramm oder anders detektiertes Banden- oder Fleckmuster, das als Ergebnis einer Nucleinsäurehybridisierung oder einer Antigen-Antikörper-Reaktion entsteht
[Langenscheidt, Biotechnologie]

Lucite is a clear (as the name implies)acrylic, and a brandname (it's a registered trademark), and I would leave it as Lucite(R)
A search on google.com for Lucite will net a lot of hits telling you more than you'll ever want to know abotu Lucite.

Hope this helps!

lucite cylinder = Plexiglas-Zylinder; probe = Untersuchung, Probe

Explanation:
Concerning Standard Blot Analysis I need more context. Could be Fehleranalyse or a misprint (= blood)?
Concerning "morphogen issuing tissues" I would leave out "issuing" and say morphogene Gewebe.
