S/P Pacemaker

German translation: Z. n.

English to German translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical: Cardiology
English term or phrase: S/P Pacemaker
From a patient history:
- Stent LAD
- Sick sinus syndrome
- S/P pacemaker
- hyperlipidemia

My problem ist the S/P. I have found that most likely it means Status Post (not suspected, as in an earlier Kudoz question) - but how do I put that in German?
Thanks!

agree  Sonja Tomaskovic (X): Most probably it is Z.n. It seems that this is taken from the patient's history and is listing all of his previous and present conditions.
