(Nadelspitze mit Hülse) Explanation: Hier ist erst mal ein Dokument, in dem das ganze Verfahren deutlich illustriert und beschrieben wird. http://www.hirslanden.ch/images/Am200401.pdf "Blade tip" ist dann wohl die mit einer Führungs- oder Schutzhülse versehene Spitze. Der Handelsname Mammotome(R) kann evtl. weiterführen. Der Hersteller beschreibt sicher irgendwo die einzelnen Bestandteile. Das gilt auch für "pyrmid tip" - die eigentliche Nadel hat ja diese Spitze, aber einfach raten mit "Dreikant..." würde ich nicht. Könnte genauso Trokarspitze heißen (?).
