Medical - Medical: Instruments / coagulation diagnostics machine
English term or phrase: Cap Piercer Unit
Hi all! In a manual for a medical instrument which analyzes blood samples, the following appears: "A cap piercer unit can be installed as a factory option."

I have translated it from English to German as "Bauteil zum Durchstechen von Verschlüssen", somewhat round-about.
My questions is: is there a German noun that actually stands for or does more accurately describe a "cap piercer unit"?

Thanks in advance!

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks for the answer! I have not been able to completely confirm anything in my own research as of yet, frequent use of the anglicism is apparent. I'll wait for some more info/community feedback before rating in a few days.
