This is an expression that appears several times throughout the text. Here an example:
The Principal subcontractor will make a first suggestion about the "As Maintained" Structure (which components will be monitored = will be part of the "As Maintained" Structure).
"The impacts of the building during the life cycle phases
after construction (building as maintained, refurbished and demolished)"

In THIS context, "building as maintained" makes me think of "bestehendes Gebäude". So, maybe you could use "bestehend".
