ich sitze gerade an Texten, die mit Militärgebäuden zu tun haben. In denen taucht der Begriff Open Storage häufiger auf. Leider ohne Kontext. Auf Nachfrage erhielt ich folgende Erklärung, die mich einer Übersetzung leider nicht näher bringt:
