Würde ich so lassen, dabei handelt es sich um eine typisch englische Frühstücksbeilage. Diese kommt den von Kim vorgeschlagenen Rösti ähnlich, ist aber meist in der Form von kleinen Dreiecken.
Vielleicht könntest du in Klammern Kartoffelspezialität oder sowas schreiben.
