"... alles ist jetzt unter Dach und Fach."

Erklärung:
Erst, wenn das Getreide in der Scheune, also unter einem Dach untergebracht war, waren die Leute beruhigt. Der Weizen oder Hafer war nun sicher, er stand geschützt und trocken. Daher kommt auch das Sprichwort "Etwas unter Dach und Fach bringen."
Heute meinen wir damit, dass beispielsweise ein Geschäft abgeschlossen wurde, oder dass der Tausch von Sammelbildern geklappt hat, oder dass ein Vertrag unterzeichnet wurde.
