Blueberry cobbler is the name of a dessert
Explanation:
Blueberry cobbler is a kind of rum cake, a dessert.
In your context it could refer to 'a bungler', a 'muddler', somebody who messes up things...in short: 'un savetier' in French, which is French slang for cobbler
I wonder what the others have to say...

Thanks a lot for your help. I needed to compile a glossary for some IT/software company and when I found also strawberry shortcake, I knew it had to be a dessert in the middle of technical software related terms!

For "Blaubeer-Cobbler" to be translated in internet terms

Explanation:
one needs context--sentences etc.
Otherwise, blueberry cobbler is just
"Blaubeer-Cobbler," which you will
find on the following site:
http://www.vebu-buch.com/reihe_kochback/dr_kuli/inh_back.htm...
Here are some IT-terms containing the

vorkommt.
