"konvertiert" Explanation: My guess would be that the drivers licence has been "converted" from one country to another (eg. this person applied in another country for a local drivers licence and as a result the issuing or eventl. the Pakistani DMV stamped CONVERSION into the original drivers licence, because if this isn't done, the owner of the drivers licence would then have 2 drivers licences which actually should never be the case.) Just guessing! |
