Heißt das, dass man damit schnell in Form kommt, oder dass man das Gerät schnell (leicht) einstellen kann?

Ich denke kaum, dass hier ein "Schnellgang" oder so was am Gerät gemeint ist. Das würde dann wohl technisch anders ausgedrückt. Ist das Gerät primär zum "Schlankwerden", "Gewichtsverlust" oder "Gewichtabbau" gedacht? Danach richtet sich dann der zweite Teil des obigen Ausdrucks. Für "Schnellstraße" auch "der schnelle Weg".
