agree  ingo_h: vgl. www.bcentral.com/articles/hr/108.asp und viele andere Google-Hits zu company culture. Natürlich spricht man davon, dass die Chefs die Untergebenen motivieren sollen, es geht um den Sprachgebrauch, nicht um die Sache selbst, Giselle!
