I have a feeling this is about some kind of suggestions scheme or procedure, where employees or managers can make suggestions on how to handle certain problems. "Credit" (Anerkennung) will onlyt be given if ..

Actually "points" (analogous to the brownie points we get in KudoZ) could also be a possiblity. Somebnody gets points for making a good suggestions, if he communicates it to all epmployees.
