Minidateien / Minimalbestände / komprimierte Dateien Explanation: I like the last one (komprimierte Dateien = compressed files) best, even though it is not certain whether the files are just sent without formatting, which reduces their size substantially, or are actually compressed. But removing the formatting from a files is also a form of compression (Komprimierung). Your own suggestion or "Minimalbestände" could also serve. "Light" defintely refers to files that are reduced in size from their original, before being transmitted. HTH computer experience |
