Explanation:
I just have a package with "Kerniger Frischkäse" by Bayernland here. There is the name "Hüttenkäse", which refers to the same kind of cheese; here in Germany a company named "Gervais" calls its cottage cheese "Hüttenkäse".
The term "Hüttenkäse" is the normally used and known one.

Sorry, but I can't understand why the solution above was selected.
