Ob sich hier aber nun jeder strafbar machen sollte, der Zuchtlachs erwirbt, in Verkehr bringt,... :-)

Oder aber ob einfach "die Lachszucht grundsätzlich untersagt werden sollte" - das muss der Kontext entscheiden.
