• 1.5% rental growth
• 2.5% indexation
• € 1,250 per month (for all three properties) non-recoverable costs
• 3 month void period at the end of each lease (3 years)
• 10% letting fees
• 24bps ***inward yield shift*** assumed at exit
• 60% gearing

Ich habe gesehen, dass schon mal der Begriff "outward yield shift" gefragt wurde, aber damals ging keine Antwort ein. Vielleicht weiß ja mittlerweile jemand, wie man den Begriff am besten übersetzt.
