Explanation:
Wenn in einem Teil der Wohnung die Decke zwei Etagen umfasst, dann nennt man das auch "Luftraum". Ob das in deinem Text der Fall ist, kann ich natürlich nicht beurteilen.

Fast alle Einfamilienhuser in unserer Nachbarschaft in Florida hatten sogenannte "cathedral ceilings", besonders im Wohnzimmerbereich.
