Für den Verkauf konstruiert, getrimmt Explanation: einen deutschen Ausdruck gibt es nicht, soweit ich weiß. Aber die Immobilienbranche ist zu eng gefaßt, das Prinzip gibt es in jedem Geschäft. Es bedeutet, daß der Verkaufsgegenstand, meist ein ganzes Unternehmen, auf eine Erhöhung des Wertes, und damit des Verkaufspreises, hingetrimmt ist, oder wird. |
