zytoreduktiv, cytoreduktiv
Explanation:
A search for the entire word in German yielded no results

- however:

Universität Marburg has an "Institut für
Zytobiologie und Zytopathologie"
www.uni-marburg.de/cyto/

- but the majority of hits had the spelling "cyto" as in the address of the university.

Nevertheless, there were also several "zyto"-hits, so both spellings are apparently possible:

Register Cytologie
www.kle.nw.schule.de/gymgoch/faecher/biologie/register/cyto...

Färbelösung Orange-G (OG 6) für die Zytologie
www.medite.de/VB/VB31.HTM

----------

reduktiv is used alone in many connections. Here is an example:

Im Rahmen des Sonderforschungsbereiches 193 " Biologische Behandlung industrieller und gewerblicher Abwässer" ist ein Bakterium isoliert worden, das Chlorbenzole reduktiv dechloriert.
www.tu-berlin.de/fb15/techbio/Ausschreibungen.html.

---------

Personally, I would go with the university for the spelling and say "zytoreduktiv"
