Aus dem kurzen Kontext lese ich heraus, dass es um behördliche Formalitäten geht, also weniger um das *aktive* löschen der Ladung, Leinenkommando, schlepperassistenz, etc.

Diese Art der Abfertigung nennt man *Klarieren*, wobei man noch zwischen *Einklarieren* (vorm Einlaufen) und *Ausklarieren* (vorm Auslaufen) unterscheiden kann.
