Explanation:
Hallo Christian,

ich habe im Netz "Optische Raster-Mikroskopie" gefunden. Leider lässt sich die einzige Fundstelle nicht öffnen. Gefunden habe ich aber einen Treffer für das "optische Rastermikroskop" (siehe Link).

Der Grund für die magere Ausbeute ist, "scanning optical microscopy" wird meistens mit dem Zusatz "near-field scanning optical microscopy (NSOM)" verwendet. Für diese Art der Mikroskopie lautet die Übersetzung "optische Nahfeld-Mikroskopie". Wie gebräuchlich NSOM im Vergleich zu SOM ist, erkennst Du an den Google-Treffern in Google: ca. 1700 zu 30. Bei der Probe mit Chip liegt das Verhältnis bei 105 zu 11.
