blank packaging= packaging with no writing/marking/company logo etc on it at all.

So the German translation is a simple as this: Blankoverpackung

Explanation:
I searched the internet and found that
some printers package empty/blank pages.
I could not find any other meaning for this. I looked in Muret-Sanders and
found that "blank" can be translated as
leered/unbeschriebenes Blatt (Papier).
