English term or phrase: spade sleeve adaptor
Context is wheel alignment equipment (automotive). One of the standard accessories the alignment computer comes with is

(4) Universal Self-Centering Wheel Adaptors with Spade Sleeve Adaptors

??? I am at a loss, and can't seem to find anything on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Explanation:
I am at a loss myself. This term I have never heard of before and does not give any hits on the Internet or reference in my documentations and dictionaries.

Looks like a "self-made" term to me, which means you are free to name it in German, as long as it describes its shape and function correctly. Maybe you can find some additional hints or picture in your text later on.

In my proposal I presumed that there is a sleeve with fins (spades) that fit into some internal serration inside the wheel hub. Another possibility would be that the drive axle of the balancing machine has some kind of serration, to which the adapter fits with its fins.
