Kann sich das hier wirklich um Steuern handeln? Der Staat ist ja sehr kreativ, wenn es um die Erschließung neuer Einkommensquellen geht, aber eine GSM-Steuer ?

Ich habe den starken Verdacht, daß der Begriff "tax" hier falsch verwendet wird (s.a. http://www.proz.com/kudoz/217693, tax details)

Die Idee war klasse! Ich denke jetzt auch, dass es um die Verbindungsentgelte geht, auch wenn der Text aus der Schweiz stammt (wär ja noch schöner, eine Handy-Steuer ...)
