English to German translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering
English term or phrase:non-Plug and Play ISA expansion cards......
can I say Die NonPlug- und PlayISA- Karten....?
or does it look better making two complete words out of this Die NonPlugkarten und Die PlayISAkarten... In German?.... perhaps it would be better with the words Nonstecker and SpielISAkarten
Explanation: I don't know these cards, but I think, this are not (non plug cards) and (play ISA cards), but it's only one kind of cards, just the opposite of "plug and play", that means non (plug and play) ISA cards.
"Plug and play cards" work with plug and play, "non plug and play cards" don't.
