Laut Ernst kommt am ehestens so etwas wie Count-Down-Wiederholung (Raumfahrt) oder Rückführung (Kreislauf) in Frage.

Ein gutes Beispiel findet sich bei "recycling overcurrent relay = Überstromrelais mit Wiedereinschaltautomatik
