Brückenwaage or Plattformwaage
Explanation:
Ernst Englisch-Deutsch : weighbridge / Brückenwaage f, Plattformwaage f

The scale house is the building in which the scales (die Waage) are housed. I am not sure if there is a German equivalent, here in the US scale houses are located along the interstate highways, trucks have to stop and be weighed (road usage fees are computed on the basis of truck weight). The trucks pull into the building, are weighed, the weight is recorded, and they're on their way.

Wiegestation, Wiegegebäude, Waagengebäude or something similar might work for you. Hope it helps.

Wägehaus, Plattformwage

Explanation:
"uel" is right with "Plattformwage" or "Brückenwage", though I would tend to the first in industrial applications. The "scale house" in the parentheses would translate as "Wägehaus". This is usually part of a plattform scale and the place where the weight is recorded.
