English term or phrase: electrical terminology
To all you electrical experts (sorry to be posting several terms at once):

1) supply breaker (Netzschalter?): Context: Locate and lock each supply breaker in the OFF position)
2) DH/H: Context: Remove the DH and H markers and bypass jumpers from the remaining terminal blocks and discard them.
3) What is the proper conversion for in-lbs.? Context: torque screws to ... in-lbs.
4) (input) feed circuit breaker (Eingangsleistungsschalter?): Context: Only turn on input feed circuit breakers when load wiring is complete and it is safe to have power applied.
5) CH (Control Hot)/CN (Control Neutral): Context: Install the Cotnrol Hot (CH) on the Circuit 1 Hot and Control Neutral (CN) on the Circuit 1 Neutral. How should I handle these abbreviations in the figure?
6) heart beat: Context: Normal Operation "Heartbeat" (would Herzschlag work?)
7) lighthouse: Context: 1 blink per 7 seconds "Lighthouse"

Thanks,
Kristina

Explanation:
1) supply breaker: Leistungsschalter, Trennschalter, Sicherungsautomat, Context: Alle Trennschalter ermitteln und in abgeschaltetem Zustand sichern. 2) DH/H: think these abb. should remain, Context: Die DH und H Etiketten sowie Kurzschlussbrücken von den übrigen Klemmen entfernen. 3) in-lbs.: calculate …. x 0.113 N*M (value multiplied by 0.113 to obtain Newton-Metre), Context: Schrauben mit einem Drehmoment von ... N*M 4) (input) feed circuit breaker: Hauptschalter, Haupttrennschalter: Context: Den Hauptschalter nur eigeschalten wenn die Ausgansschaltung komplett verdrahtet und …. 5) CH (Control Hot): aktive Steuerleitung /CN (Control Neutral): neutrale Steuerleitung, Context: Die aktive Steuerleitung (CH - Control Hot) an Stromkreis 1 Aktiv und die neutrale Steuerleitung (CN - Control Neutral) an Stromkreis 1 neutral anschließen. I.e. leave abbreviations as would probably have been printed on the items/terminals. 6) heart beat: Takt, Steuertakt, Context: Steuertakt im normalen Betrieb, Normaler Betriebstakt. 7) Blinklampe, Context: 1 aufleuchten alle 7 Sekunden "Blinklampe" ("Leuchtfeuer" is an option, but this is used mainly in a Nautical context) - some answers obtained from "eurodic".
