I found "setzen" in the dictionary, but I think this can't be it in informatics. I translated it with "Layout"-something but I'm not quite sure this is correct.

"Typografisch formatiert" (Mats' proposal) is very exact.
"Gesetzt" IS possible, as many typographers use computers. It's a traditional translation of "typeset".
"Layout-Satz" means the text is aligned to a given shape, form etc. Alternatives: "mit Layout versehen", "Layout orientierter Text", "Layout gebundener Text"
