Es geht hier um Carrier-neutrale Data centers, d.h. die zur Verfügung stehenden Flächen und die Ausstattung. Also auch im weiteren Sinne um Technische Immobilien. Stock ist in diesem Fall der Bestand and Fläche. Für "Shell & Core" habe ich "Rohbau" gefunden, bin aber unschlüssig, ob man das hier sagen kann.

Das hat den Begriff "Rohbau" verfestigt, und ich habe nochmal alle Begriffe bei Google eingegeben. Dort fand ich dann "Hülle und Kern", aber auch die Tatsache, dass man auch im Deutschen den begriff "Shell & Core" oft stehen lässt.
Eine gute Erklärung bei http://www.porr.at/berichte/na131/wfc.htm lautete wie folgt:

„Shell & Core“ (Hülle und Kern). Hiebei werden dem Mieter offene, unausgebaute Büroflächen zur flexiblen Gestaltung zur Verfügung gestellt, mit der gesamten Infrastruktur, vollausgebauter Haustechnik und fertiger Fassade.
