English term or phrase: Peplum blouson
Context: "Relaxed-fit peplum blouson in a flowy polka dot printed fabric with decorative shoulder patches with lurex thread detailing and front button opening."

It's from a catalogue of a fashion brand for mainly women clothing. For "peplum" I found "Schoß" and for "peplum dress" I found "Schoßkleid". But is there really a "Schoßblouson"? Or can I just leave it in English (Peplum-Blouson)? Thank you for you help!

Schößchenjacke
Explanation:
I would say "Schößchenjacke" (poplum jacket) assuming that blouson means some kind of jacket. Maybe you would like to have a look at the google pictures for "Schößchenjacke" and see if it looks right.
