disagree  Hans G. Liepert: nicht Bestandsentwicklung, sonderen Bestand/Verbrauch (in%). Die Formel enthält nur den Bestand, auch wenn dieser Bestand sich "entwickelt" hat. Es ist eine Stichtagskennzahl.
