agree  Alexandra Fakalou: I just want to add that "adelfia" is used for both sexes, meaning for "ciblings", "adelfoi" (αδελφοί) is used for borthers (male) and "adelfes" (αδελφές) for sisters.Though, there are some cases where we could use "Adelfoi" while talking for both sexes.
