English term or phrase: nothing in excess
I have also heard this saying as "All things in moderation". This phrase is an ancient Delphic saying. I've been told that it is still used today. I'm looking for the ancient Greek translation not the modern translation. I haven't been able to find it anywhere except in English form.

Explanation:
Dear Sara,

The charm of the Classics lives on, right? Now, vis-à-vis the quotations you requested, I cannot guarantee your system can read the font, but let me try type them in Modern Greek for you.

ALL THINGS IN MODERATION
παν μέτρον άριστον
(Cleobulus of Lindus, 6th century BC)

NOTHING IN EXCESS
μηδέν άγαν
(Inscription at the Delphi Oracle attributed to Chilon of Sparta, 6th century BC)

Μηδέν άγαν

Explanation:
"Mhden agan".
This phrase was written in the temple of Apollo at Delphoi. There is an alternative saying (also in ancient Greek), "Pan metron ariston".
