English to Greek translations [PRO]
Social Sciences - Law (general) / Safe Mooring
English term or phrase: designee
The term is found in a Petition filed against certain organizations held liable for a plane crash. The petition is against, among others, a certain company, "acting by and through its authorized agents, servants, officers, employees and/or designees".

The term "designee" is defined as "a person to whom the appointing authority delegates certain authority".

Would that be possible for the term "προστηθείς" (english equivalent: "agent") to be a good vernacular rendering?

Thank you in advance, dear colleagues.
