Αγαπημένη παλλακίδα (Agapimeni pallakida)

Explanation:
"παλλακίδα" is exactly what you call a concubine in English, that is a woman who cohabits with a man without being wis wife, a mistress.

Όμορφη παλλακίδα.

Explanation:
The word "όμορφη" can be replaced by a variety of words with more or less the same meaning. i.e.
όμορφη=pretty
γλυκιά=sweet
ελκυστική=attractive
etc.

οδαλίσκη

Explanation:
I suspect that what the boat owner had in mind was "γλυκειά οδαλίσκη" either referring to the boat herself or some illicit affair of his/hers. Though the right word for "concumbine" is "παλλακίδα" like the colleagues suggested, I suspect that "γλυκειά οδαλίσκη" fits the context better as what he probably had in mind was a woman (boat?) languidly lounging around for him.
