Ύστερα από το site που βρήκα, που σου παραθέτω, αλλάζω την απάντησή μου. Ισχύουν τα ίδια με την πρόσφατη ερώτησή σου: turtle = start or idle.

Προφανώς σου εξηγεί τα σήματα.
Το throttle είναι ο έλεγχος ταχύτητας, ροής, στροφών. Οι διάφορες ταχύτητες συμβολίζονται με τη χελώνα (turtle) = χαμηλή (μικρή) ταχύτητα και τον λαγό (rabbit) = ψηλή (μεγάλη) ταχύτητα. Τη θέση του οργάνου ελέγχου ταχύτητας (δηλαδή του throttle) τη ρυθμίζει ο χειριστής του μηχανήματος για κάθε δουλειά που θέλει να εκτελέσει.

Δεν ξέρω αν πρέπει να μεταφράσεις το rabbit. Ή μπορείς να πεις "θέση (ταχύτητας) rabbit. Όσο για το full or fast, σου έδωσα μια ιδέα. Μπορείς να το φτιάξεις λίγο ανάλογα με το κείμενό σου.
