It really depends on the whole sentence becuase revacha is also welfare and cha'im tovim is actually "good life". Few examples:
emotional wellbeing = chayey nefesh tovim
family wellbeing = chayey mishpacha tovim
the wellbeing of X = ravchato/ravchata shel X (male/female), or ravchat haX.
